Over Sixty Years of Combined Experience

Mr. Hallstrom has dealt with bankruptcies for more than 30 years, and served as the chairman of the creditors committee for one of Orange County’s largest bankruptcies (Clothestime). Mr. Hallstrom is fluent in Spanish, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western State University College of Law, and was a member of Law Review.

Mr. Williams has authored articles in the American Bankruptcy Law Journal and the California Bankruptcy Forum, and has served as a panelist, moderator and contributing author on bankruptcy continuing education programs, and as a lecturer on business insolvency and bankruptcy topics.
Mr. Williams currently serves on the Mediation Panel of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. He is a Past-President of the Federal Bar Association, Orange County Chapter, and has served on the board of directors of the California Bankruptcy Forum, the Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum and the Orange County Bar Association.
Mr. Williams received his Juris Doctor in 1983 from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. From 1984 to 1985, Mr. Williams served as law clerk to the Honorable Peter M. Elliott, United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California and United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit.
